Each of us has gifts, strengths, and talents. TWELVE helps you develop them and use them in service of your community.
The idea
Community support is a team sport.
Athletes get coaching, training, resources, teammates, a season, and fans who care what happens. We took that infrastructure and pointed it at human flourishing and community contribution.
TWELVE isn’t about watching someone else change the world. It’s about finding your place in the effort.
How it works
Four parts. One team.

Players
Members are Players. Together they’re the SupraCollective. They develop alongside one another, vote on collective decisions, share skills, and turn out for each other.

SupraBeings
Each season, up to 12 SupraBeings are drafted from the SupraCollective for a 12-month Game Day Mission with measurable community benefit. They get coaching, a stipend, a Mission Fund, and the whole SupraCollective behind them.

Micro missions
You don’t have to be drafted. Any Player can propose a micro mission, put it to a vote, and get it funded through the Community Development Fund.

Why twelve?
TWELVE is named for the 12 Realizones, the framework behind how every Player and SupraBeing grows: more resilient, more excellent, more fully alive.
It's also the energy that surrounds a team: the people who stay loud and believe before the scoreboard does.
It's a number people have always trusted with what matters. Twelve months is long enough to show real progress, and short enough to demand urgency.

Before you join.
We build in phases, and nothing gets created until membership funds it. Starting smaller lets us prove the model before we scale. Fund a full team of twelve, and we draft a full team of twelve.
35% goes straight to community work: 25% to SupraBeing missions, up to $50K each, and 10% to the Community Development Fund that members direct. The other 65% builds and runs the platform. All of it tracked in the open.
Each mission fund is up to $50,000 per season. If a season raises more than that, the surplus goes toward league expansion, or members vote to raise the caps. Either way, it’s decided in the open.
It’s a membership. You join a team that funds real people doing real community work, and you see what your support built.
Every Player has a voice. Regardless of membership tier, Players can participate in community-wide votes, including eligible Community Development Fund decisions. Some decisions, including certain SupraBeing selections, are reserved for Captains or the selection committee.
